At DrawApp, trust, transparency, and fairness are the core pillars of our platform. This Fair Draw Policy explains how we conduct our draws, select winners, and ensure that every participant has an equal and verifiable chance of winning.
We utilize industry-standard cryptographic random number generation algorithms to select our winners. Human intervention is entirely removed from the winner selection process to prevent any bias, tampering, or manipulation.
Every valid ticket entered into a draw has the exact same probability of being selected. Whether a ticket was purchased or earned through promotional events, it is treated equally by our systems.
Whenever possible, we publish anonymized ticket hashes and draw results. This allows independent verification that the winning ticket was part of the valid pool of entries at the time the draw was conducted.
We actively monitor our platform for fraudulent activities, including bot usage, multiple account creation to bypass limits, and payment fraud. Any entries obtained through fraudulent means will be instantly disqualified from the draw without a refund, and the associated accounts will be permanently banned.
Draws take place automatically at the specified end time. In the event of technical difficulties or server outages, the draw will be paused and resumed as soon as systems are restored. The random selection process remains unaffected by time delays.
DrawApp employees, their immediate family members, and affiliates are strictly prohibited from participating in any draws or claiming any prizes.
